Today marks an important milestone for Polymath and its future projects as we officially welcome our new Chief Executive Officer, Vincent Kadar.

Kadar is joining Polymath with nearly thirty years of experience in the technology space, including twelve years as CEO of Telepin Software Systems Inc., where he pivoted the organization into digital wallets and payments and guided its growth in the creation of a new market sector of mobile money. Kadar’s leadership and strategic vision were clear driving forces in Telepin’s successful global outreach and the deployment of its solution in international banks and mobile network operators, and helped to generate millions for the company in annual revenue.

“On behalf of the entire team at Polymath, we’re thrilled to announce that Vincent Kadar will be taking on the role of CEO and excited for how he will guide Polymath’s next chapter”, says Chris Housser, Co-Founder and previously Interim CEO of Polymath.

Polymath was founded in 2017 with the vision of making it easy to tokenize securities. The last 4 years have been an exciting time for Polymath as its efforts evolved from creating the Polymath Token Studio and establishing a unified standard for security tokens, ERC-1400, to the creation of Polymesh, a new institutional-grade blockchain built specifically for regulated assets.

Kadar’s arrival at Polymath comes just as Polymesh is expected to be launched by the non-profit Polymesh Association. As CEO, Kadar will be leading Polymath and helping direct its for-profit activities.

Polymath’s focus is to build tools that sit on top of the decentralized Polymesh blockchain. Polymath envisions a future where all securities are tokenized, recognizing Polymesh as having the best feature set to accommodate this new environment. A further focal point will be ongoing education on the benefits of security tokens and how to integrate with the software stack.

“I’m delighted to be part of the next phase of Polymath and honoured to lead the knowledgeable, dedicated, and inspired team who were behind the Polymesh blockchain”, says Polymath’s new CEO Vincent Kadar.

Polymath developed the open-source code for Polymesh, an institutional-grade blockchain built specifically for regulated assets. It streamlines antiquated processes and opens the door to new financial instruments by solving the inherent challenges with public infrastructure around identity, compliance, confidentiality, governance, and settlement.
